The service
DitherInk converts images into files for e-paper displays. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, limit or stop the service at any time.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the images you upload and the files you download.
- Only upload images you have the right to use. You are responsible for how you use the resulting files.
- We process images only to produce your file and do not store them. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or overload it, bypass rate limits, or access it through automated means at a volume that affects other users.
No warranty
Output files are generated automatically. Panels, controllers and drivers differ, and we cannot guarantee that a file will display correctly on your hardware. Check the result before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DitherInk is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any damage to hardware, arising from the use of the service or its output.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
